CNC Robots

Any special electrode machining is done in house on our CNC mills and grinders.

All sinker EDM machines are tooled with 3-R macro tooling. This helps reduce set up times and makes our machines quickly integrate with customers providing electrodes manufactured on 3-R tooling. Some machines are paired with robots that enable us to run many hours unattended.
